Notion New Update: “Verified Pages”

In corporate texts, rules, and content are important, but so is the date that was affected, as well as the latest version. When multiple versions change, employees may not be sure which is the latest version. To prevent this confusion, Notion introduced “Verified Pages.”
How the Verification Function Works
On any document in Notion, the responsible person can verify the page, and the verification badge will appear, showing how long the page is valid and who verified it.
Verified Pages Have Better Visibility
In the example Notion shared, “Verified Pages” are categorized differently on the left side. This can help reduce confusion about which page was checked first for certain situations.
No Need to Verify Every Page
Notion also shared a tip for more productive use of Verified Badges. Pages that don’t include rules, policies, or other important content might not require verification. Being selective about which pages are verified can help avoid overuse of this feature.
